Right of return

In case of problems, the customer may cancel the order by giving simple notice by e-mail at info@mybuddytoy.com, provided that the same has not yet been processed.

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (as amended and supplemented), the Customer Consumer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products themselves or waive the right to the provision of services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance payment.

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by an explicit statement, containing the data necessary for the identification of the order sent to the indicated contacts. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer agrees to the full return, in unaltered condition and in original packaging, of the products received.

On the other hand, the right of withdrawal is excluded: for the purchase of goods made to measure or customized by My Buddy Toy according to the specific requests of the Client (see gift boxes for example) or which, by their nature, can not be returned; for products not delivered due to the absence of the Client from the place of delivery and for those that upon their withdrawal are altered or deteriorated due to the delay caused by the Client.

If the withdrawal is made in accordance with the above terms and conditions, the amount, if any, already paid for the products shall be credited to the buyer through the same method of payment used by him on the website to complete the order. If the customer had paid cash on delivery, the refund of the order itself can only be made through a coupon of equal value.
REFUND

The refund is made as soon as possible,including any shipping costs of the goods incurred during the purchase within 14 days from the date on which My Buddy Toy, having received notice of withdrawal from the Customer, receives the ordered goods intact and in original packaging at the following address: Via Alessandro de Franciscis, 78, 81100 Caserta CE, Italy

Any claim must be addressed to My Buddy Toy by sending an email to info@mybuddytoy.com
